I have read and been told that a stable routine is very important for people with bipolar disorder. I have never been a "good" sleeper and getting enough sleep has become, at times, a monumental struggle. Lately I have been able to get to sleep with temazapine, Soma and Percocet (the last 2 for back pain and arthritis). I sleep fitfully and my time of sleep varies from night to day and back again. Any suggestions? Thanks!
