He can also establish a good credit quickly by going into his local J. C . Pennies, Target and so on and charge a little item and then send in the payment. One payment and his credit record will say great credit because he paid right off.

I did that with Targer. I took something to the customer service counter and asked to sign up for a credit card so I would be elegible for the 10% discount. I fiiled out the application when it came through a few seconds later as approved I had the woman put the item on the card. then paid her for the the card. Three days later I called Equifax and my credit was asstablished and a great rating. LOL
