Hi, I was hoping for some advice or something. I have to leave my home and get on a plane, stay away for fives days and then come home. I'm not sure I can do it really. I know the breathing exercises and stuff but anyone knows any other coping skills. I'm not scared to fly but I do have problems leaving my house and the further away I get the harder it will be. Plus I will be gone for five days. It is really important that I do this for many reasons and though I have tried to convince myself that I don't need to go, I know I will hate myself if I don't, so will family members. Any suggests no matter how silly will be considered. But I'm running out of time and I can't screw it up this time.
