(((Tinkerbell)))

I agree with Open Eyes. You have been dealing with a lot of stress for a while now, and it's hard to make it through times like these. We feel as though we don't have anything good in our lives to keep living for. I can relate to those thoughts and emotions.

In my deep lows, I try to escape the darkness by using mindfulness. I think that my absolute favorite technique is imagery. Another favorite is using my 5 senses, focusing on a stone, flower, leaf, listening to a classical music piece (and trying to identify musical instruments, mood changes in the music, images that are brought up within my mind as the music plays, and so forth), etc.

The more often this technique is used to get you through the tough times, the easier becomes to practice everyday and bring a sense of calmness to your world. It may seem hard to believe, but it's true!

Very gentle hugs to you, Tinkerbell.
