I have the same night/day flip-flop schedule. I've found that sleepy time music and essential oils help me. Oils like lavender, chamomile, and valerian root are soothing (as are any oils that you like the smell of. I find peppermint soothing although it's technically classified as a stimulating oil.). I also like chamomile tea with honey at bedtime. I usually shower before bed (a warm bath or shower can raise your core temperature and getting out of the bath or shower triggers a core temperature drop similar to the body's natural sleep pattern). I also try to take my pills an hour or more before I want to go to bed. I seem to fall asleep the easiest then, there's a grace period. If I wait too late then I stay awake for forever. Good luck!
