My therapist often goes away for 6-8 weeks and I try to come up with my own agenda and continue working on whatever I have been in therapy so I will have good stuff to report. For me, keeping either a special journal or up-to-date in my actual journal was very helpful with all my feelings. Physical limitation would be very hard for me to cope with too. I don't think it's selfish of you to mind at all. Hope you find some comfort in the next month or so and that your T does really well.
