Well, the link 'disappeared' because UBB was enabled.

Above your usernname (when you click to reply), do you get the following: " Fill out the form below to post a message on the forum. HTML is enabled. UBBCode is enabled, so you may use UBBCode in your posts."

The latter part "UBBCode in your posts" is a link. If you click it it should give you the llist.
