I have been having trouble sleeping for many years which has always been because of my anxiety. I wake up and worry, then sleep awhile again, then wake up and worry etc..... It's always the same. She took me off the trazadone my first pdoc prescribed and I haven't had a decent night of sleep since then. She recently gave me vistaril. Does anyone know anything about this drug. Just wondering if it will actually help with the anxiety so that I can get some sleep.
