I have been thinking about it and perhaps you are right.....everyone in chat is not interested in hearing how nice the world can really be, or how each day is a new start...i'm sure they know that already without me reminding them.....they are just having difficulty making it happen and sometimes I forget that.
And yes, I do not or did not have the same experiences as you or others have, so maybe I was wrong in assuming people want to be "cheered up".
I just have a hard time agreeing with people (well ok, women....) that all men are bad, not to be trusted, etc., and life is not worth living.....
I just don't feel that way.
I have never abused anyone in my life and never will.
I just thought if you knew that there are really men out there that are decent and respect women, perhaps you would feel a little safer or hopeful, that's all.
