Still doing well.
My boss's wife is a very good baker. And every year she gives each of the employees a container of cookies and candies and things. Usually I promise myself I won't eat them. Then I do eat them and feel guilty. This year I told myself I was going to eat them and not feel guilty. So far, so good.
I do worry about excessive sugar consumption - not just for weight and blood sugar stuff, but also for insomnia and mood stuff. I hope it doesn't bring my mood back down. If it does, at least it's a limited kind of thing. There
is a bottom to the container. Once I find it, I'll stop.
