Divorce...Just at the beginning of the end of my 20 yr. marriage. People say "I'm so sorry" when they hear about it. And I say "I'm not!" But I know what you mean. On a stress scale, it is at the top along with death! I'm starting a depressive episode. I can feel it starting...It may be situational, but I think it's the rollercoaster of BP1. I take Lamictal and Wellbutrin, and a little Xanax. I refuse Lithium. As a retired RN I used to give it and observe the "deadening" effect it had on patients. Not to mention the a weight gain of 20,30, 40, 50 lbs. I cannot be fat and happy.
