maybe it is good you are considering all these things. this is like what they teach in mindfulness therapy. have to notice what you're doing, feeling, to figure out if it's something you'd like to change or not.

i've had to work hard on how i had convos with people, often turning it into something all about me, and how hard and sad my life is. maybe cuz i was so sad and bitter, but it didn't help me keep friends, and that added to my sad and bitterness. that was hard to face... takes courage to look at this stuff.

the key with mindfulness is observing, just observe yourself without judging and criticizing yourself. instead, be grateful and proud of yourself that you are observing. makes any sense?
