i took a klonopin .5 mg tonight to knock myself out and prevent anything stupid. problem is it only worked for an hour and a half, then a neighbor slammed a door hard and I'm wide awake.

i'm struggling so much right now and so hesitant to reach out for help. i guess i just need hugs.
