Being dropped off early so that I will be spending Christmas with my biological family after all. Great advice in my previous thread re: how to detach from the expectations of a movie-esque family Christmas.
Feel as though I am about to die from my anxiety. Have taken my meds to no avail. Anyone able to remind me of some techniques to calm myself?
Gonna start with 1) this feeling/circumstance won't last forever, 2)deep breathing. Please list others.
