hey tryin,I'm really sorry to hear you feel so down,I do understand all of how you feel,someone asked me how I pulled out of depression and honestly I dont know,but what I do know is I'll never go back there again,and am learning to block the demons by having a few good memories and thoughts and ambitions in my mind,it's hard work but when the bad thoughts jump in think of the good stuff and do that as often as you can.Excercise is really helpful,it releases or accesses the endorphines that help make you feel good,walking is good cause you don't have to talk to anyone if you don't want to,usually ppl just smile and keep going,it clears your head and gives you something else to stimulate the brain.It's a hard fight but you need to believe you can pull up and out of it,and you can,you need to want to be happy,dont let them keep you down.You need to control your mind,not the demons.Hang in there mate,I think you are a nice person,we have chatted often and you are one of the ppl in my list that I like.Be strong,fight hard and win.Get as much sleep as you can, it's hard to be strong when very tired.luk,hang in.
