I just got moved up to 40mg lexapro and it's a disaster for the most part. Has mad me manic and my anger is out of control. Antideppressants have never been effective for me unless I was abusing zoloft(300-400mg) I have never taken wellbutrin though. I've heard it's effective when used with lamictal and can also help with fatigue along with smoking. Anyone taking wellbutrin and is it effective? compare/contrast with other AD's thanks!
