Yeah. Most doctors don't want to disrupt sleep cycles and if this med is making it worse then you need to tell them. I was having similar symptoms with Zoloft. I would take it in the morning but by bed time I still couldn't sleep. I had to take so much extra zquil that it was more than 2x the recommended dose just to fall asleep and even then I didn't get good sleep. I dealt with that for 3 weeks until about 2 days before my next doctors appointment and called to see if they could get me in sooner. Once I got in my doctor said that I should have called a lot sooner since these side effects are not good at all.
The worst they can say is to hold out another week or so until your appointment but I don't' think they'll say that. They might give you something to help you sleep or try something different, but I would tell your doctor for sure.
