If you are applying for law or medicine, any class you take for credit at an accreddited 2 year or 4 year college WILL augment your undergrad GPA. This can be a double-edged sword; on the one hand you stand to significantly improve your GPA and thus offset a low LSAT or MCAT score. But, on the other hand, if you don't do well in the course it will lower your undergrad GPA.

Bottom line: take any class you take for credit post B.A. seriously.
