I hope you were able to swim. I love exercise and I'm sure it plays a major role in keeping me going. I swam and biked today. I also have a light that I forget to use so glad I was reading here and have been reminded about getting it in use again. I'm off this week too and am hoping to exercise 2x/day. My job is so stressful and have been encouraged to find another job but as you mentioned in your earlier post about pay is the same for me. I don't think I can find something to replace it that would cover our needs otherwise I wouldn't care about the pay. I would chose less stress any day if I could.

Good luck with the exercise. Accountability is wonderful even if it's just being able to tell someone your successes, failures and struggles. I could help with that.
