Celexa works really well for me, albeit at 60 mg, and in combo with other drugs. I do know that when I first went on Celexa at 20 mg, I noticed an improvement within about 2 weeks.
I think you've given it a fair chance to work, and it's probably not the right med for you. I'd ask your dr. to try a different med.
