Bless your heart. I'm so sorry you feel so horrible. I've been where you are and I know how terrible it is.
Have you talked to a therapist? You really need to enter therapy! A therapist is the best route to take. A therapist can help you deal with the depression and anxiety. They can give you the tools you need to deal with it. They certainly helped me. But I also needed medication as I also have clinical depression (major depressive disorder). Even tho you tried medications and it didn't work, that doesn't mean ALL of them won't work. There are lots of meds that might work. Just cause one didn't work doesn't mean ALL won't work.
You might ask about Cymbalta -- that works well for lots of people. I'm on the maximum dosage of 120mg per day and it works very well. I take 60mg in the morning and 60mg at night. I do very well on it. Just a suggestion.
