Have you tried to go for long walks in the evening time to help wear you out? Or you could try to take a hot bath and relax right before bed time. There are a lot of things you can do to try to increase your sleep. You can take some Meletonen to help you relax. It's a nautral sleep aid. It won't harm you in any way and it shouldn't effect your meds or anything. Just something to think about.
