If the 2012 holidays did not come to Toys R Us' financial rescue - and it does not look like this was the best of holiday seasons for retailers, then the company is probably trying to cut everywhere it can to improve its 4th quarter balance sheet.
You have no control over any of that.
Hopefully, sometime in 2013 Toys R Us will again give the green light on hiring, and your great work may be remembered then...
