Maybe not constant, but consistent. It's most apt to occur in the morning or when I have not had enough rest/sleep. Just a couple weeks ago it took me 3 frickin days to talk myself into going to the barber shop to get a hair cut! I used to be a bartender at NFL games here but I had to quit because one game day I could not bear the thought of working that crowd! Other days I down some highly caffienated drinks (like Sun Drop, Mountain Dew, or a Rock Star energy drink) and then ride my caffiene buzz to do all my errands and that usually helps me out. Sometimes just the tought of going anywhere other than work is frightening; but occasionally i get freaked out about work too.
I have been like this now for as long as I can remember, but definitley the last 1-2 years has been the worst, especially the last 6 months.
I have not been diagnosed with GAD but its pretty obvious I have it. I had meds for my depression but they caused unbearable anxiety and I stopped taking them. Now I am back to just my 'normal' anxiety.
