First of all the hypo allergenic makeup that starts with an A is Almay. and its good if you wear contacts also!

Second of all. Did any of the makeup you tried on your eyes have red dyes in it? You may be allergic to the red dyes. I am allergic to the red dyes in Merle Norman too. I use their makeup also. Watch out for some of the browns, reds of course and purples and pinks. and corals.
