I agree with you paper always listens!. One other thing that helps me when I wanna hurt myself is to crochet. You can start out with yarn and an "I" hook just making a basic chain like thing then work your way up. It is fun and adictting and I have not been trying to cut or thinking about it lately! i guess you could say I traded my scissors for an crochet hook!
