To reiterate what was said:

Go here Photobucket and create an account.

Sign into said account. Go to "My Album" There will be a section called "Upload Images & Video". Navigate to find your pictures and press the "Upload it" button.

Then under each picture you've uploaded to the site - there are three options underneath with text = Url, Tag, and Img.

On this forum you just select the "Img" text (in the box) and paste it into your message and you should be able to see the picture when you post.
