Sounds as though you've been holding back frustrations and now you've reached the brim. I hate those times too! Just last night, I threw a hissy fit by myself to let go of some of my frustration. I felt a little silly doing it ~ as I usually wait until I get to explode on someone else. {mean = I know!} Actually, I threw a couple of things in my apartment...swore a couple of choice words..and then took some deep breaths after chomping down on my teeth really hard.
As I was into my deep breaths, my bf came into my apartment. He was concerned, but was damn lucky he hadn't arrived any earlier!

I was able to let go of my frustrations easier....since I'd already thrown a hissy fit and then began self-calming techniques. It's worth a shot ~ rather than having to apologize AGAIN and/or lose another relationship!
