I agree with dark_heart_x because the paranoid type is considered to have the best prognosis but everyone is different. It is not always the best one to have if you have schizophrenia. Disorganized schizophrenia has actually been considered the worst type to have. I have had many labels in life. One was bipolar 1 with psychotic features, then schizophrenia undifferentiated type, then schizoaffective disorder bipolar type. It depended on the doctor. When I was young I had conversion disorder and I still do to some extent. I also have a severe anxiety disorder (GAD) which disables me the most believe it or not. My schizoaffective disorder is mild compared to a lot of people out there. Diagnoses can change all the time and it also depends on the doctor. They might see different things.
