I agree with you too that you had every right to take back the pc. maybe next time what will help is getting the agreement in writing right down to exact date of payments. That way when the payments don't come you can have the police get the pc back for you and you give back any payments that have already been made. That way the other person isn't out the money they paid in and you get the pc back.

Sorry to hear you are being evicted. here too they have the same rules that any physical violence between neighbors is cause for immediate eviction. Disagreements are fine because everyone in this complex is not going to agree with another all the time but if the disagreements involve violence those involved are out of here.

Glad though that you have other housing arrangements and that this situation didn't cause you to be knocked off the mental health teams list for help.
