Has their been a diagnosis of dissociative identity disorder? I only ask as there are so many psychiatric illnessess whose symptoms can overlap. Understandably, if your husband does not realize what is going on, it would be hard for you to convince him that he needs help.

Is there any way for you to either talk to your family physician or someone in the mental health professions as to the best thing you can do to help?
