RLS is similar to though not identical to akathisia, so if drugs cause that, you can additional drugs such as Propranalol, Cogentin and another one I do not remember to counteract RLS. If your RLS is endogenous rather than medication-induced, then I have no idea what to do and sympathize with you very much.
