When you say you see your pic here every time you post, do you mean the image isn't the avatar you set up in your PC file--it's your Twitter photo?

If that's the case, I'd check with the Application Developer for an Undo. If they don't provide one, you'll have to delete the photo from your Twitter acct, delete the Twitter acct, then delete the App from your iPad--& in that order. Things live on in the Internet, which is why deleting the Twitter acct is--while not mandatory--insurance of a sort.

Your intuition told you that syncing is dangerous, and it is. Express sign-in using your Twitter or FaceBook login can cause headaches too.
