He's there to help you, not to get you into trouble. If you cut too deep it might be necessary for you to be treated for that, but it's not about you getting into trouble. I hope that you will work on finding other ways to cope so that it doesn't get that bad. I'm glad that you have a doctor who understands and isn't giving you a hard time.
