As you can see in my signature, I've been on quite a few antipsychotics, and I'm someone who consumes about 4 cans of soda and about 2 redbulls every day on average.
The hyperactivity that caffeine causes in the brain is known to exacerbate symptoms of psychosis, but it would be near impossible to ingest enough caffeine to actually disable the effects of an heavy atypical antipsychotic like risperidone.
Summary: Caffeine is counter-producive, but doesn't make a huge difference in dampening the effects of an antipsychotic.
