I can't tell you what to do but it seems like he still has feelings for this other woman. only you know what you can and will put up with. I suggest you do what is going to make you happy. Confront him, is this relationship worth saving? If it's not move on...you are still so young and will find someone else. However, I know moving on is easier said than done.
