how about a real lemonade (from lemons.... still sugary, but no chemistry... isn't coolaid basically colored sugar? Or fruit "freshes" (mixed fruit with water).

Interesting about sugar affecting the brain too. I am going to have so many "odd" questions at my next appointment with pdoc, I'm not sure how he will react.
Fruit freshes sound interesting. Or maybe I should just try juice (naturally sweet).
