It does sound alot like ocd, I have the D, but not those symptoms, but ewerybodys different. I think you have to seek help for it as soon as possible, from those specialiced on ocd.
I my self had it for ower 6 years, and it took me 3,5years to seek help, and it isnīt untill now that I have seekt the right therapy, Cognitive Behaveyor Therapy that is, and im still waiting for it. Its proven to be the most effective therapy towards ocd.
