I think there are two ways that will help you. In one way you can forget about the past. There are many ways to forgets things. Everyone forgets differently. If you want to know how to forget, I can reply with a few ways.

The other way is you can forgive the past. When you forgive something, it too is a way of forgetting. But forgiving is better than forgetting because you can learn and become a stronger person from the past. If you think forgiving the past is too much to handle than don't worry about the past right now. You are no longer there. You are here now. And I'm here talking to you.
