The year is still technically 2012. In the summer of 2014 is when they say they will re-evaluate you. So you have a while to go. They are saying that you aren't permanently disabled and you have a chance to recover. But you don't have to if you don't want to. If they do drop you by chance and you aren't ready then you could go back on, possibly for something different or they might just extend your disability for a few more years.
