L-arginine is an amino acid. 3-5 grams / day on an empty stomach with water.

Exercise 3-5 times per week. Weight training is probably your best bet for boosting testosterone and thereby increasing libido. You can get similar muscle building effects from isometric exercises using body weight only and props like walls and tables.
