I have been up since 3:50am and although initially I felt low, I hugged my husband really tight, gave him a kiss and sent him off to work. Im still WIDE awake as are my children so we are all laying in the Living Room watching Spongebob

I wish I knew how to maintain this state of inner peace and "happiness"
I hope some of you are feeling as I am right now...Any ideas as to how to prolong these happy emotions or state of mind?
