I hope this is in the right forum. About a year and a half ago, I reached 254 lbs, which was 80 lbs overweight for me. With the help of a friend I started on a diet and a low-impact exercise program. I have severe back and knee pain, so my exercise is limited. Slowly over the months I started losing weight, usually 10 lbs, then a break of a month, then 10 more, etc. I wanted to reach 185 which was my target weight. I'm now 179. Problem is, I've lost all desire to eat, and I'm feeling it physically, especially with a lack of energy. I'm trying protien shakes and the like, but with no success. Can anyone in their best guess, tell me if you think I may have developed an eating disorder. I just can't stand eating anymore, and it's really starting to scare me.
