ah i can relate LOL -
so i am 19 and my bf is
quit a bit older (shucks)

DHEA which is known to raise your libio level .
my bf has VERY low testosterone level
and its worked great
it does not say take it with vitamin C but
my bf does to avoid any weird tummy feelings.
