Ran all over today! Took about a 2 hour break and then headed out to meet an ole friend of mine for dinner...

He's a wonderful human being ! We spent a little over 5 hours talking laughing and just having fantastic conversations about all kinds of things. We finally realized its been 10-11 years since we last saw each other in person we will not let that happen again.

Yet another pretty much non stop day full of fun, pain and my absolute refusal to let my pain interfere with my plans !

I fully expect to pay for all this nonstop running ,fun and downright craziness ... Its Okay tho... ya only live once .. right ?
