I still mostly can't talk about things, but at first I was just like you. I find it much easier to write now. Its the way things have gone with me.

Even if all you can write is ONE related word a day... that is progress. And also, realize that sometimes it takes a loooooooong time, and that is ok too. I wish i could wish it away for you, but you and I both know thats not able.
