Your dreams are a reflection of your subconscious. You claim that your dream is that of your loved one being attacked; it is possible that you fear that something may happen to her/him and you are not fully aware of it, or you may now know how to stop feeling this anxiety. My suggestion to you is to use a calming routine every night before bed. Take a nice long bath and relax in both body and mind. Do not watch anything aggressive or violent that could seep into your subconscious and remind you of that dream.
