There is no need to be embarrassed Rainbowzz .

How about keeping a diary/calendar/list of things to do. You know, number them according to priority for ex. Stick it somewhere you can't fail to see - e.g. kitchen? on a door? And tick them once they are done. That might help establish a routine...

You also put some sticky notes around: in the kitchen a reminder to do the shopping on Fridays, in the bathroom to brush teeth etc...
