Thank you, Lee! That helped. I took the quiz and it looks. Like I may be wrestling a bit with some mild/moderate depression.
Is that still something I would benefit from some therapy with? I don't want it to become debilitating (more debilitating?) as I have been recently feeling more excited and energized bylife than ever before! Maybe talking will help me work through this and learn some coping strategies and ways to change my unhealthy thought patterns.
I am mild/moderate hopeful that maybe this doesn't have to own me... that I can own it.
