I will not advice on color... but one advice:
CLIP-INS. Colors tend to wash awfully fast (often it starts washing out after one washing of your hair) and often it starts looking ugly. You would have to bleach it before hand too and the upkeep gets expensive and bothersome.
Plus clip-ins you can wear only when you wanna look funky... if you need to look presentable... you have option not to wear them.
Plus they are cheap and you can change your looks as often you want and mix and match.
